Event Driven Ads and Performance on my site

I recently signed up for event-driven ads from my site and the ad revenue seems to be decreasing. Is this normal? Should I switch back?

    Hi JRM — overall, enabling event-driven ads shouldn't be the direct cause of decreasing revenue, as these ads are displayed in addition to your standard ad setup, which is not changed when enabling this feature. 

    If you would like to opt-out of these ads, though, this can be done from the new dashboard under Settings > Ad Settings.
