Urgent Tasks Not Able To Be Cleared
Hello, for the last week or so, my dashboard has said I have Urgent Tasks that I need to complete. At first, nothing was showing up as an issue. Today, I have three: Accept Terms of Service, Confirm Your Business Info, and Confirm Owner of Record. None of them will let me select “Go” in order to fix them. Is this a bug or actually something I need to address?
In addition, when I am on the Home page of the dashboard, I have “Program” available on the left-hand side under Controls. But when I click on it, it disappears. The same happens for “Media”.

Hey Chelsea Relander — thanks for reaching out! If you're still seeing these urgent tasks, I have you try accessing your dashboard through a new incognito browser? If you still see them, please send along a screenshot.
We're currently in the process of tuning the new dashboard for Journey publishers, which includes ensuring that specific settings only available to Mediavine Proper or Pubnation publishers are visible. Feel free to ignore these settings for now.0 -
