    Hey Chelsea Relander — thanks for reaching out! If you're still seeing these urgent tasks, I have you try accessing your dashboard through a new incognito browser? If you still see them,  please send along a screenshot.

    We're currently in the process of tuning the new dashboard for Journey publishers, which includes ensuring that specific settings only available to Mediavine Proper or Pubnation publishers are visible. Feel free to ignore these settings for now.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs.
