Duplicate Account Created With Same Email - Urgent
Hello,
I’m experiencing an account issue and need assistance.
When I tried to apply to Journey account, a new account was automatically created, even though I previously had an existing account using the same email address. As a result, I no longer have access to my original account.
The problem this creates is that I cannot submit my website cookingwithmouna.com, because it was already submitted under my original account, and the system blocks duplicate submissions.
To summarize:
- Both accounts are tied to the same email address
- My original account appears to be inaccessible
- Logging in logs me to a new empty account
- My website submission is locked to the original account
Could you please help:
- Restore access to my original account or
- Merge the accounts or
- Reset the website submission so I can proceed
