Data Delay - January 8, 2026 - RESOLVED

Our engineering team let us know about an issue with reporting data from January 7, 2026. By default, the reports were not showing the data, but if you changed the filters to include the 7th, you could see the information.
This issue should now be resolved. If you are still having problems related to this, please try logging out of your dashboard and logging back in to refresh your system.
UPDATE: Our engineering team just let us know that the fix that was released was for Mediavine and PubNation sites. The issue affecting Journey sites is still affecting them, but their fix should be live soon.

I tried logging out and back in, and it still won't let me see anything after the 5th. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi,
Unfortunately, the issue still persists. I can’t click on any date after the 5th on my journey dashboard, and when I try to change the filter to include the 7th on mediavine dashboard, it shows a blank page. I have cleared my cache and logged in using another device, but still the same.

This isn't resolved for me. My dashboard hasn't updated since Jan. 5, 2026. I signed out and signed back in, and nothing refreshed. There is a message to “Access your new dashboard," which seems to be the regular Mediavine dashboard (not Journey). On that dashboard, it says, “We're excited to start working with you!” I've been on Journey since Jan 2025. My website is ConsumerRescue.org
