Stuck on Payment Setup Screen
Stuck between the ID Verification & Payment Setup Screen. There's no “okay, I did that” button, just back and resend the email…. I don't need the email to be resent.
I received the email and went through steps to verify my identity and got a success message after verifying my identity but now there no way to move forward…

Sandra Mayernik - it looks like we're not seeing payment onboarding completed for your Journey account. When you find the time, could you follow the payment onboarding steps once more? You should see an email in your inbox - let us know if you hit any errors!

Sandra Mayernik could you provide us with a full-screen screenshot of what exact page you're stuck on? The step in question is for setting up payment - this is seperate from identify verification.
