Hi Claudiu-Ovidiu Pop - could I have you double-check that the Session count you're seeing in Google Analytics matches what you're seeing on your dashboard? Pageview Data does not directly translate to Session data.

The data you're seeing here is pulled directly from Google, so if it looks wrong in Google Analytics, you may want to investigate the discrepancy.

Hi! Thanks for getting back. The Session count I see in Google Analytics doesn't match exactly what I'm seeing the Top Traffic Sources dashboard. The counts vary by +-100 sessions on traffic sources like google, bing, pinterest and duckduckgo. The bigger differences are with direct traffic – the session count for direct traffic is more than ten times bigger in GA than in the Traffic Sources dashboard. And the “other” session count in your report is about 4 times bigger than my “other” traffic sources in GA.

Also, I just got an Ads Not Found notification from the dashboard. This is the first time it happens since I installed the script months ago.

Claudiu-Ovidiu Pop - thanks so much. Your dashboard tracks ‘session_start’ events from Google Analytics, not explicitly ‘session’ data. When you look at your direct traffic by session start in Google Analytics, does the data line up?

For now, feel free to look at the existing Journey dashboard regarding Privicy Policy and Ads.txt updates - thanks!

There's very little difference in count between my GA session count coming from direct traffic and my GA session start count coming from direct traffic.
    direct / none sessions = 624
    session start - direct none = 626

however, if I look in the top traffic sources report, i see that the session count for direct traffic is 35.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
