Unable to Confirm Identity and Payment Information from email
I was invited to join Journey and in the onboarding I have got to the stage where an email has been sent saying:
The next step requires ID verification, so be sure you have the corresponding documentation ready. ID verification is also required to match the banking information entered into your payment profile.

When I click on the button above I get this error:

How do I continue and verify my account?

Hi, it did work but I didn't have enough time (my fault) to complete the section so I left it. I came back today and resent the link to get verified but now its not working. I get this error, if I click on either of the buttons they don't go anywhere.

Sandra Tanner to rule out any incompatibilities with browser extensions, could I have you try navigating through the identity verification while in incognito mode? You'll want to access your email through incognito mode, then proceed through on the same window.
