Hey Lindsey Coco - it looks like Journey has rescraped your site, but it looks like a few posts are not seeing in-content ads due to an incompatibility with how page builders like Kadence structure the HTML on posts.

It looks like you also have a sitcky sidebar - disabling this would allow Journey to place sidebar ads on your site.

Hi Journey Support. I turned on the ads 2 days ago, just as I got accepted to Journey. However, I can still only see ads at the bottom of the page/ post and in the sidebar. No in-text ads appear at all. I tried to research the potential issue and also looked at my theme/ post structure as I use Kadence blocks. I created a test post where I got rid of all of my row layouts and even sections and just left the plain elements like headings, paragraphs and images. I published that post to test it, but still no change. I also cleared the cache, but no changes. I'm really stuck at this point and don't know what to do. If it were about the layout, the test post should have worked, but it didn't. I'd need to know what to change, as I'll need to then change probably all of my posts. My site is https://jstraveldiaries.com/

https://jstraveldiaries.com/indonesia/things-to-do-gili-air/ - this post is now restructured and removed row layouts and sections.

Could you please have a look and let me know what could be wrong?

    Thanks a lot

Hi Judit Kocsis - it can take Journey a few days before ads on a site are fully optimized. That said, I checked a few posts this afternoon and I'm seeing in-content ads load in on the example you provided.

Thank you, yes, I can see them in that post now. As you said, it probably takes some time, as slowly I can see a few in other posts too! Thank you again :)

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
