Hey Matthew Scyoc - it looks like your site was flagged for invalid traffic, meaning we needed to pull down ads while our team investigated. I reached out to them for a look, and they were able to confirm that traffic patterns seemed normal.

Ads should be back up and running now, but let us know if you're still not seeing them - thanks!

    Event-driven ads not appearing:
Good afternoon. All my ads are working fine, including sidebar, in-article content, adhesion, universal player. So in summary all of my ads work really well thank you. However over a week ago I enabled your new ad called “event-driven” ads, following the really easy, simple instructions on your page here: https://journeymv.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/44209484727195-Event-Driven-Ads however I cannot ever see them on my pages, even when I try different actions and events to try and trigger them. And I can see in my analytics they never get triggered at all. My site is https://randomwheelspin.com I was wondering if there was something I had missed or something that needs enabling your end for the new event-driven ads to take effect? As mentioned all other ads work absolutely fine. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.

Hey Matthew H — I took a quick look at the site, and I can confirm that Event-driven ads are enabled. It's more likely that what you're seeing is tied to low demand for these types of ads on your site, and not some type of issue tied to an implementation conflict. Depending on the site, we have seen little to no engagement from these types of ads from advertisers.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
