Type of ads

Hello, it seems strange to me this thing. I was seeing ads like get your guide, civitatis etc but now I see again grow. I add a screenshot. I think that earnings dropped for this reason. Is there something I have to do, or some mistakes to correct?

Thanks! But it is quite a new thing, since I had ‘Grow’ ads at the beginning, then normal ads and now again 'Grow' ads. Quite strange…
