mailerlite.com monthly charge

I have been trying to figure out why I have a mailerlite.com charge on my business account when I don't have an account with them. I currently use KIT and changed to them after using Mailchimp when I started my blog for my email marketing. I am wondering if you use them for running ads on my website? And if so, why am I being charged monthly from them when I never consented to that or opened an account with them? I would appreciate any information you can offer. Thank you.
