Our team is currently investigating reports of discrepancies between Grow Analytics and Google Analytics data. 

There will always be some variance between the two platforms, which is expected. You can read more about that here:

Understanding Your Earnings

TL;DR - Your earnings and impressions are tracked separately through the ad server and aren’t dependent on either Grow Analytics or Google Analytics.

If you want to manually calculate your RPM, you can do so with the following formula: 
Revenue / Traffic * 1000 = RPM
