Hello Journey team,

On September 3, 2025, I've submitted my written notice to cancel Journey ads for my blog https://wonderofvolleyball.com/ to help@journeymv.com

Since then, I haven't heard anything from your end until now.

Could you please provide me with the steps required to cancel my Journey ads and clarify what will happen with the revenue earned up to the last date including the 30-day notice period?

Hey Haridas - It looks like you reached out to us with an email address that isn't associated with your dashboard. Could you please send in your notice with the email account that is associated with the Owner's account?
