Temporarily Disable Journey Ads?

We have been running Journey Ads on our website for the past few months, and everything has been working smoothly. However, since the last Google update, we’ve experienced a significant drop in traffic.
 
Because of this, I’d like to ask if it’s possible to disable Journey Ads for an indefinite period while our traffic remains low. Once our traffic improves, we would be happy to re-enable the ads.
 
Could you please let me know if this is possible and what the process would be to pause and later reactivate the ads?

    Hi TMGP - Just a heads-up — we ask that Journey not be disconnected for long periods of time.

    If you are looking to terminate your account with Journey, please email your 30-day notice help@journeymv.com. Be sure to include the URL to your site in your email.
