Delayed Earnings Update – September 5th Not Showing

I’m noticing an issue with the reporting dashboard. Normally, earnings are finalized and visible each day after 10am ET (which is 7:30pm IST for me). However, as of today, September 7, the earnings data for September 5 has still not been updated.
Here are the details of the issue:
- The dashboard currently shows data only through September 3 when selecting the “Last 30 Days” filter.
- Even when adjusting the date range to include September 5, no earnings are appearing for that day.
- This delay is unusual, since daily updates typically finalize consistently without such a long gap.
This missing data creates confusion when trying to reconcile performance and track progress. Could you please:
- Confirm if September 5 earnings have been delayed in reporting,
- Provide an estimate of when the data will be available, and
- Advise if there are any account-specific issues I should be aware of.
I’d appreciate a prompt update, as this directly impacts my ability to monitor performance accurately.

Kailash Kumar – it looks like there may have been a temporary data hiccup over the weekend. I'm seeing up-to-date earnings data on my end this afternoon. Could you try logging out and back in to your dashboard and let me know if everything looks good?

My earnings have not been updated since Jan 5, 2026 and today is Jan. 8, 2026. Can you please help me? I've logged out and back in and it's still showing earnings from 3 days ago.

Hi Linda Robison - it looks like there was a delay in dashboard reporting last week. All looks well now, if you're still having trouble, try logging out and back in.
