Adds not showing on Desktop

I set up adds on my blog yesterday (www.thymeandbalance.com). The adds show fine on mobile, but I don't see any adds on desktop.
I cleared the cahe with my host (don't have an extra cache plugin), but still no adds on Desktop.

Any advice?

Hi Ulrike Irlich I just checked on your site and I'm seeing desktop and mobile ads populating as normal.
