Layout issue after ads started appearing

My site was just approved today and now my website layout is shifting and pushing the sidebar down on desktop. I purged cache and viewed in incognito mode and the issue persists.

It's happening on all pages but here is an example:

Hey Kathryn - it looks like there was a small conflict with one of Journey's settings that was causing your sidebar to display below your content - I've made a correction on our end, could you take another look and let us know if everything looks good?
