Hey Vijay Singh - We can make an adjustment on our end so that your subdomain is included under your one Grow account. I'll reach back out as soon as this is taken care of. Could you let me know the URL of your subdomain?

Your Journey approval also includes approval for any subdomains  - all you need to do is run your existing Journey script, and ads will load in. Page-level analytics (earnings, impressions) for your subdomain will not, however, be tracked on your dashboard. We hope to have an update in the future that will allow data from the subdomain to be tracked.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
