Do I need recrawl after container width change?

I recently joined. Today, I got an email that I should keep my container width between 728px and 1024px to maximize display ad potential.

I had it in articles - 700px, so changed to 728px

Do you need to recrawl my website after this update? costeed.com

As far as I understand, the width of the container affects the width of ads you can display inside, so you analyze performance and automatically show the size that brings more earnings.
