    Hi Katie Ta - could I have you try logging into your Journey dashboard from a new incognito browser window, and let me know if that helps? If you've used a different email to sign up in the past, I recommend double-checking that you're using the correct one too.

    Hi, I double-checked the email, and it worked. Thanks. I have another question about changing the timezone to US Eastern Time for Google Analytics. I did changed the timezone to New York time 4 days ago, but somehow it's still shown on my to-do list.
