Grow for WP not connecting to Journey

I am trying to set up Journey on my website, and it is not connecting to the Grow Plugin. When I go through the steps from the Grow Publisher, it prompts me to login to WP, then just lands on my dashboard landing page.

If I go manually to the Grow Plugin, there is no option to connect to Journey, and no prompts. I have tried clearing caches, manually installing the plug in, various reboots, etc.

I then tried installing the text manually, but the ads script is not connecting.

What can I do?

Hey Shevaun Fortune, it looks like your ads.txt file isn't in place, which is why you can't proceed with onboarding.

When running into issues with the Grow plugin, the steps in this thread can be helpful, but if you still run into issues you'll want to manually install your ads.txt file. This article goes over a method for manually installing your ads.txt, and once that's finished you should be able to move forward since I confirmed your ad script is currently on the site already.

Thank you, that was the exact issue I was having! Using a different browser and manually entering the link finally connected Journey to Grow for me. Thank you!
