HELP! Account was Accepted but now rejected

I was accepted into Journey, and they started running ads. I have some earnings already. Now I got an email saying my site is ineligible. The ads are still running I think. What do I need to fix or what is going on?? My site is plainandsimplehome.com

Hey Emily - there was a small hiccup on our end that caused the inelegibility banner to show up for a short period of time. We've since reverted this update, and your dashboard looks to be accurate. Ads were not impacted during this time.
