Stats Missing & Help Disconnecting Google Analytics
Hi there,
I recently was (what I understood as ) mistakenly deactivated then reactivated, and since then, some of my stats have been missing. Basically everything except earnings is missing (so Sessions, session RPMs, etc. are gone).
I also tried to connect my GA4 data from Google, but it's not working either, and am wondering if that's the reason. I tried to disconnect it but I can't find info on how to do it, even after clicking the “Fix GA4 connection link”.
So I'm just wondering if I can still get Journey analytics even after connecting Google Analytics. If not, I'd like to disconnect GA4, just need some help with this.
Also need to figure out why my Journey analytics aren't working after getting my account reactivated.

Lauren J O'Malley - it looks like the GA4 property you've connected to your Journey dashboard does not contain any data. We have a guide on troubleshooting this here.
Once Google Analytics has been connected to a dashboard, you will be unable to revert back to Grow analytics.
