"Backfilling your GA4 data." taking many weeks and never works

Hello,

Please, I have connected the GA4 of my website to my Grow account, but it never connects. I tried many times to disconnect and connect again, last time was on the 4th July, but I still see the same message: “Backfilling your GA4 data. It may take up to 24 hours for your Analytics to become available,” even more than 10 days after.

My GA4 account is already on NYC time. Could someone help me, please? I'd like to apply to Journey, but understand that's a required step before applying.

    Hey manoele luize - the warning you're seeing will display if Google Analytics is connected before a site is approved. When your site is approved, this warning will clear from your dashboard.
