Unexpected Payment Below Threshold with High Transfer Fee
Dear [Support/Payments Team],
I recently read on the support forum that if the payment amount does not reach the minimum threshold of $100, the payment should not be processed and will instead roll over to the next month.
However, I was surprised to see that a payment was made this month despite the amount being below $100. Additionally, a $26 transfer fee was deducted from the small payment, which significantly reduced the final amount I received.
My expectation was that the full amount would be rolled over to the following month, and the transfer fee would only be applied once when the total reached the required minimum.
Given this situation, I kindly request the following:
- Cancel the current transaction (if the bank transfer has not yet been finalised).
- Refund the amount back to my account, or alternatively,
- Send the payment via my PayPal account, as I recently changed my payment method for this reason — to avoid high transfer fees on small amounts.
