Payment Issue
Hi, it says on the payment status that my monthly payment has been set whereas I didn't receive anything. Can you check what's the issue?

Hi Shama Shafiq - a ‘paid’ payment status means that funds were distributed to your financial institution. Depending on the institution, this can take 24-48 hours to reach your bank account. If you still haven't seen funds credited to your account after this time, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution.
