Local Bank Transfer Issue

I am not able to credit my recent payment for “March 2025 Journey Earnings” to by bank account in India. After having a frustrating conversation with the bank authorities they are asking to share revised declaration and share invoice copy or agreement copy between remitter (Mediavine Inc) and beneficiary (that's me). They are not accepting the invoice i provided. And the bank officials are asking for an “agreement copy” made by Mediavine and me. What should I do? I have switch back to paypal payment method, can Mediavine clear my funds thru paypal?
