Can't onboard after receiving confirmation that I was approved for Journey
I applied for Journey and eventually received a confirmation email that my site is eligible for Journey.
When I log into Publisher Portal I see a banner asking me to “Finish Journey Setup”. When I click on that it takes me to a “Let's Get Your Business Info” screen where I can enter my business name and business domain. When I enter the info I get an error message that says, “Something went wrong” and I can't go any further. The problem is I have no idea what went wrong or how to address it.
Please advise.
