Update Privacy Settings issue

Hi there, 

I've recently set up Journey on my site. When I first open the site, the Data and Cookie Consent pop up shows up, but after I click Accept and then click into a different blog post, the content of the post wont show apart from the first paragraph - instead there is a clickable ‘Update Privacy Settings’ at the bottom of the screen above the ad footer. This then reopens the Data and Cookie Consent box to accept and move on. Surely this should only need to be clicked once when on the website initially and not on every different page? Can you please let me know how to update this?
