Never Received A Payment Despite Meeting The Minimum Payouts and Having Tilpati Set Up Correctly

I have been with Journey since last year, and since November last year I have been meeting the minimum $100 / month payout. I had originally thought that the minimum payout was $1000 / month and this is why I didn't question why I wasn't being paid. After checking, I see it is $100 / month and I'm concerned that I haven't been paid despite baving my bank details with Tilpati. 

 

Today I have changed my Tilpati to Paypal to see if this makes any difference. When I login to view my payments I can only see February, March and April of this year. This means that all of my earning from January and last years months have never been paid and now I can't even see what they were? 

When I click on “payment history” it says that there are no payments to display. Can I please get assistance on this urgently? I would like to be paid for the last 6 months on journey.
