Journey Payment Info Form Not Loading (Blank Screen)
Hi Mediavine Team,
I have been approved for Journey and am trying to connect my payment information. However, when I click the “Connect Journey Payment Info” button, I only see a blank screen (screenshot attached). I have tried:
- Refreshing the page
- Clearing my browser cache and cookies
- Using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera)
- Disabling all extensions and using incognito mode
The issue remains the same.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Hey Nauman - thanks for reaching out! We recently pushed out a fix for this behavior. If you're still having trouble, try logging out and back into your dashboard.
