Help! I'm frustrated and desperate!! Can't finish the process of enacting the Tipalti link!

Its taken me 4 frustrating days to get to the point where I click on the purple button to enter my info on Tipalti and all I get is a blank white square pop up that has a small button in the lower left corner that says Close and Cancel. I've cleaned my Browser Cache. What am I doing wrong.
