Removing sites from Mediavine Journey

Hi there, 

I've got four sites on Journey and want to give notice and start the process of removing them. I can't see an option on the site do this, so could you help me please?

    If you are looking to terminate your account with Journey, please email your 30-day notice help@journeymv.com. Be sure to include the URL to your site in your email.
