I am writing to follow up on the status of my payment for April, which I have yet to receive despite the scheduled timeline. I was initially informed that the payment would be processed within 3-5 business days; however, this period has now passed, and there is still no indication of the payment in my account.
Additionally, my Payment Profile does not reflect any updates, such as "processed" or "submitted," for the April payment. I have already reached out via email to inquire about this delay but have not yet received a response. It has been nearly three days since my initial follow-up.
Could you kindly investigate this matter urgently and provide clarification on the payment status? I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue, as the delay is causing significant inconvenience.
