Total Earning not added up

HI Guys,

as we are growing, we keep monitoring the daily income. We notices that the total was standing still for quite some time and is not reflecting the single income amounts. Can you clarify that? -it does seem to stop here and there and when you summarize manually every single day of earnings in April its quite different from the total shown at the top. (we see under the link view payments the pre-month, so its easy to subtract that from the total, then going through the single days of April so far is missing by a large amount) I would kindly ask you to clearify why the calculation is so way off -around 250$ are missing.    -Thanks in advance, Michael

    Hey Michael Mlynek - could you clarify what exactly you're adding up to come to this total? I'm not sure I follow when you say ‘we see under the link view payments the pre-month, so its easy to subtract that from the total’

    I did spend a little time this morning adding up each individual day's worth of revenue for April, then compared it to the same date range using your Dashboard's date picker. Due to how revenue data is generated, there will be a discrepancy, however, the discrepancy will be in your favor. 

    You can see this if you manually add up the last three day's worth of earnings by setting your dashboard to each of these days, then comparing it to the total you get when setting your dashboard to the last three days.

    Hi, thanks a lot, yes exactly what i did. But now as you wrote, I got it straight, the total is the current shown and visible period, not the total earned to be paid out (which actually is more interesting in terms of :what are you earning -so minus all the pre-months). This was the issue/discrepancy i had. Thanks a lot. for helping me understand it. :)
