How can i disable video ads on entire website?

How do i disable the video player ads? there is already a sticky ad and then the additioanl video player (especially on mobile device) is too much. how do i block the video ads. I have checked the account setting and there is only one setting which allows to control the number of ad units. And there is an article about remove ads form the individual pages.

Hey Furqan - At this time, there isn't an option to disable the Universal Player throughout the site. You would only be able to disable it on individual pages.
