Payment rollover threshold query

Hello. I am having a little confusion regarding payment threshold. Let's assume that my payment threshold is set at $200 by my payment method. Let's assume I earned $150 in the month of January and $100 in the month of February. According to NET65 payment terms, February's payout date is May 5th. So, on May 5th will I get 150+100 = 250 directly or I need at least minimum of 200 in a month to clear the backlog payments? Please help
