Inquiry About Pending Payment

Hi,

I’m reaching out because I haven’t received any updates regarding my payment. In December, I didn’t meet the threshold, so my earnings were supposed to roll over and combine with January’s, which I’m expecting this month (April).

While I see other publishers have received payments, mine hasn’t been processed yet, and nothing is showing up payment history. I’ve emailed payments@journeymv.com but haven’t gotten a response in the last two days.

Please how do I resolve this?
