Missing information in the Dashboard and unable to recieve information through GA
Hi, my GA4 Property timezone is in US Eastern Time for accurate analytics, but it states that I should fix the timezone. Also, in my Journey dashboard, I don't see any data for sessions or pageviews and $0 for my RPMs. I've also opened a new property with the New York timezone, but still no luck. Can someone help me with this? I would like to see my data on the dashboard. Thank you

Hey Julie Jenks – You'll either want to make sure the GA4 property that's connected to your Grow Portal is the same GA4 property that's currently being installed onto your site through Site Kit, or that you install the Eastern Timezone GA4 property that you created. This article goes over more GA4 troubleshooting steps, but once you verify the property that's connected to Grow is installed onto your site for session tracking, you should be set!
