Missing Earnings in Dashboard

Dear Grow by Journey Support,

I hope you're doing well.

I recently started using Grow by Journey for monetization, and this is my first payment. My December 2024 earnings didn’t meet the $200 threshold (which I was supposed to receive on March 5). Since I use the Global ACH payment method, they should have rolled over to the next month along with my April payment (which meets the minimum payout).

However, my April payment only includes January earnings, and my Dashboard > Payment History (April 1, 2025) shows only the April amount, not the previous balance earned in December.

Can you clarify why my December earnings weren’t included? And why does the payment history only show the April amount?
