Payment related question!
Hi,
I have a few questions regarding the payment for my website https://thetastesofindia.com
When I search for my all time payment it shows $127.53, as seen in the screenshot below.

But when I go to the payments page I see only 3 payments showing up with the first one due on March 5th as seen in the screenshot below:

I am not sure why that total is not adding up to the total of $127.53.
Also, the payment date is showing as March 5th for the first payment, but I haven't received any payments in my account.
Another thing is I don't see any payments from the month before December, where as there was revenue was generated from September 2024 onwards.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hey Puja Darshan
The total earnings from September 10th to March 13th are $127.00 but the 3 payments you are seeing in the Payments Overview are just for those specified months.
This part of your dashboard only shows your 3 upcoming payments per what was made that designated month. It won’t include any rollover earnings or your all-time earnings.
So in December 2024 - you made $20.57
January 2025 - $15.52
February - $10.33This lines up with what I see when I adjust your date picker to include the specific months.

Hey,
Thanks for that clarification.
So when do the payments happen?
I haven't seen any payments coming into my account till now.

I’m in the same boat. I don’t quite understand what happens with the revenue that was generated from Sept as per Puja’s post (Oct for me) until December. Mine amounts to $97.10, is that revenue forfeited?
Fifth of March is the date it shows as the processing date for me as well but that was two weeks ago and no payment has landed in my account either. Is this because it’s below the $200 payment threshold and will have to roll over to the April payment?

Hey Fatima Ayyaz - Those payments would not be forfeited and would roll over to the next payment where the threshold is met. Right now the Payment Overview just shows the next three upcoming payments but we are currently working on a solution to let publishers see more information about any unpaid earnings that didn't meet the threshold and just more payment specific data in general.
