Disable ads HTML not working

I am trying to disable ads on my homepage and a few other pages. I have add an HTML block to these pages with the following code: <div id="ad-management-config-settings" data-blocklist-all="1"></div>

I have cleared my cache and checked the pages in incognito browsers, but the ads are still there. What am I missing?

I took a look at your site and I'm seeing the blocklist code on the homepage.
I'm also not seeing any ads running on your homepage. Could you clear all plugin, server-side, and CDN caching and then take another look in an incognito window to double check that it's still not working for you?
