    Hey Clare M! I looked over the GA4 tag on your site, and I confirmed that everything looks to be set up properly based off what we can see on our end. 

    It looks like the GA data in your Journey dashboard may have been a bit delayed, which can be possible as outlined in the help article. Troubleshooting analytics is a bit out of our scope, but from what we can see your GA4 implementation looks good at the moment!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs.
