    Hey Dan Ericsson!

Since the Journey CMP isn't compatible with consent mode, you may want to use a secondary CMP to collect the GA4 consents you’re looking for. Complianz can be used as long as the TCF setting is disabled, or you could try other CMP solutions as well.

Since Journey 100% covers your site for the display advertising portion of GDPR, you’re all set as far as ads are concerned — but consents you may need outside of display advertising may require an additional CMP. If you have any questions, you can feel free to refer to this open thread, as well as this thread. Thanks!

Thanks Support that's really helpful and understand the issue - I hadn't appreciated the Journey CMP didn't cover this but that explains.

What I can't see in those threads is if it's possible to get Journey and GDPR combined in a single pop up for the user - do you know if Complianz's pop up can be integrated with Mediavine's (or any other CMP provider?)

Had deactivated Complianz on the basis of not wanting my users to be put off by two pop ups, so keen from a user experience side to find a better way to manage it.

Great question, Dan Ericsson – there currently isn't a way to integrate the Journey CMP with other CMP providers. If you need to collect consents that aren't covered under the Journey CMP, you'll have to use a secondary CMP solution.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
