Ads are showing up on desktop but not mobile

    Hey Brittney Jenson - thanks for reaching out! It looks like you're running AMP as the mobile version of your site, which is incompatible with Journey Ads. Rolling back AMP on your site should allow Journey ads to serve.

    Removing AMP from your site is a different process depending on how this was set up, so we don't have a catchall solution to accomplishing this, however, your host should be able to assist with this process.

    Since we have an existing thread on this topic, I'm going to close this thread, however, feel free to follow up in the existing thread if you have any other questions.
