Hey Jon Dawson - Impressions are tracked separately outside of any Grow or Google Analytics data. That is all tracked independently. Did you mean your sessions?

Support yeah sorry j ment sessions, i followed instructions etc but still not showing correct sessions

Hey Jon Dawson - Thank you for clarifying! Are you seeing different numbers if you log into your Google Analytics account than you are in the dashboard?

Support yeah the one on journey board is lower than what GA4 has

Support it does get close to the numbers but there is about 10-30 difference

Hey Jon Dawson - There can be small differences between what you see in your dashboard vs in GA4. This can happen for a number of different reasons - reporting delays, how your script is implemented, if certain filters are set up within GA4, etc.
Rest assured, this does not in any way affect your earnings. You are paid through impressions, which are tracked independently and a 10-30 session difference won't really do much to sway your RPMs.

I'm having a similar issue! I changed the timezone and, as recommended, I now have 2 GA4 properties in GA and both properties have been installed on website. For a couple of days the stats in GA suggested a dip to almost 0 sessions for the original property but near normal for the new timezone property for the same two days. The Publisher Portal reflected the dip ie does not appear to have taken account of the sessions recorded in the new property.
So my question for Support is: the total number of sessions per month for me is very important - when you have two properties set up in GA, how do I know which one is accurate??0
