Ga4 Connection Error
CompletedI’ve had journey ads on my website for over a month. This week I received an error notification on my dashboard saying “Your connected GA4 property does not contain any data. Finish configuring Google Analytics or select another property to connect.”
After clicking the notification, it says “ GA4 Property timezone must be US Eastern Time for accurate analytics.“ I’ve checked Google analytics multiple times and my time zone is set to eastern.
Why am I receiving this error notification?

Hi Sandy vilce - Thanks for reaching out! The error you're seeing means that the Google Analytics property that's connected to your Journey dashboard doesn't have any data. We have a guide on troubleshooting this here, but here's the summary:
1. The Google Analytics tag associated with the property you've connected is not on your site.
2. The incorrect Google Analytics property was selected when connecting Google Analytics. This either means that you have multiple Google Analytics properties tied to the Google account used to sign in to your Journey Dashboard, or you logged into a Google Account not associated with the Google Analytics property that's currently connecting data on your site.
I recommend logging into the same Google Analytics account as the one you logged into on your Journey Dashboard and double-checking that the property you've connected has been set up.
