Taxes and Journey

Hello there. I am a publisher from Greece and I want to know some things to inform my accountant. Does Grow (Journey) give my income statements to my country or I am responsible to show it to them.

I mean let's say you pay through Paypal and I never take my money out of it. Will my state (government) know, why do you ask for my TIN?

I need to know from someone really responsible to decide with my account if I need to create LLC or not if you show the money for some reason.

Please help cause this is extremely crucial for me to continue using this platform and know if the state will come at me with a punishment or not.
