Hi James Dunworth! I just took a look, and I'm able to see the ads.txt on the site. It actually looks like our crawler is able to find it as well (so not a caching issue). The issue is that the ads.txt on the site doesn't quite match the ads.txt that you can access in your dashboard - the one at https://adstxt.journeymv.com/sites/[unique-hash]. The ads.txt on the site is missing the first line starting with “#” and has the spacing a little bit different. If you're able to get the ads.txt added exactly as it is in your dashboard and try again, you should be able to proceed with onboarding. Thanks!!!

    Thank you for your help!

In case anyone else has the same problem - that didn't work the first time. When I checked again my developer had removed a line between two lines of code:

    [journeymv.com, 5fb3c378-3c55-4f6d-96e5-ac427ada2694, DIRECT, 1363c924529b3998 and google.com, pub-1601477034266482, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0]

Once I had added that line and cleared cache it worked :)

I am having a constant issue with this, i clear my cache, and the dashboard says its all fine, then 12 hours later i get the error saying no privacy policy and no ads.txt…

I've now had ads stopped on my website, so I haven't earned anything for almost a week now.

Anyone I can speak to on this? www.magical-traveller.com

    Hi Kieran,

I took a look at your site and it looks like your Journey script is being optimized by Hummingbird. This can cause issues with your ads.txt and privacy policy as well, so if you exclude your script by following the instructions on this Help Document, things should be working again.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
