Hey Hush - Each site you onboard will need payment details put in. You are welcome to use the same payment profile or the same payment method but you would be required to enter that information each time.

You're blatantly trying to rip people off by charging $20 per site, while others like Adsense and Ezoic allow payments for all sites through one account without any fees. You're forcing people to pay $20 just to receive their own money, and if someone has 5 sites, you're gouging them for $100! This is nothing but a scam.

Hi Hush - Each time you onboard a site, that site will have its own dashboard so you would need to connect your payment profile each time. Some people choose to use separate payment profiles but that is optional. You can use the same payment profile on all of your sites so that your aren't paying that processing fee multiple times.

Onboarding a new site will not automatically connect to any existing payment profile you have on its own. You just have to connect that same payment profile to that new site/dashboard.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
